In order to give you an accurate quote on any work we need to see your artwork.

We can accept the following file formats: .tif, .tiff, .jpg, .jpeg, .bmp, .doc, .ai, .pdf,

 

DIGITISING

To embroider your design, we must first digitise your design or text in order to produce a Digitized version of your logo.

The cost of the Digitizing is dependent on the complexity of your design and amount of stitches, once we have received and reviewed your artwork, we will be able to quote for the Digitizing cost and the embroidery cost.

If you cannot provide us with a digital file, please let us know as we may be able to help you with a design or even scan your letterhead.

We store all Digitalised Logos that we create, so if you wish to use the same design and size on a subsequent order there will be no further digitising cost.

Our Digitalising Charge is PER LOGO if there is more then 1 logo on an item then they would carry separate Charges.

Once you have found the item you like it is best to drop us an email on admin@bridgendembroiderystore.co.uk

We will then send you a Quote. If your happy with your quote contact us back and we will then convert that to a VAT invoice. ALL ORDERS must be paid for in advance.

Once we have received your payment, we will then get to work on digitalising your logo. When this is complete, we will email you an artwork Proof.  PLEASE REMEMBER TO ADD OUR EMAIL TO YOUR SAFE SENDERS LIST.

Turn Around Time.

Depending on your order size and stock availability with our suppliers this can be anything from 7 to 15 days.

We will inform you of turn around times at time of ordering.
